Resolution to hire Parma Caldwell as seasonal kitchen help at the Senior Center WHEREAS, the Town of Orchard Park requires temporary kitchen assistance to maintain operations, ensure coverage during permanent staffing transitions, and support peak seasonal demands; and WHEREAS, management has identified and vetted qualified candidates who possess the necessary experience and skills to fulfill these temporary roles; and WHEREAS, Parma Caldwell brings 30 years of valuable kitchen experience and has successfully served the organization in the past as a seasonal employee, providing reliable coverage during regular staff vacations. NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve the appointment of Parma Caldwell as a Seasonal Kitchen Assisstant at a pay rate of $21.00 per hour with a work week of 15 — 20 hours per week effective May 27, 2026 as recommended by the Senior Center Director.
