If notified, please move in a calm and orderly fashion to the nearest exits”. If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics. Anyone attending a Town Board meeting or work session should review Chapter 85 of the town code for rules of decorum regarding Public Meetings. Town Board to approve additions to the Standard Work Day Reporting for NYSLRS. 2. Town Board to approve a temporary suspension of Town Code §97-34. 3. Town Board to approve a Budget Transfer 4. Town Board to approve a Stable Permit. 5. Town Board to appoint a laborer to Orchard Park’s Parks and Grounds Department. 6. Town Board to approve the change of status to Seasonal for two current employees in the Maintenance Department. 7. Town Board to appoint the 2026 part-time Seasonal staff to the Orchard Park Recreation Department.
