RESOLUTION EXTENDING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY TOWN ATTORNEY WHEREAS, Maura Seibold is currently serving as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Orchard Park; and WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to extend her current appointment in that position through December 31, 2026; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Orchard Park hereby extends Maura’s appointment as Deputy Town Attorney through December 31, 2026, subject to all applicable laws, terms, duties, and conditions of her current appointment, unless otherwise modified by further resolution of the Town Board; and be it further RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
