WHEREAS,  the Orchard Park Senior Activity Council has offered to fund the repairs to the felt on the
billiards tables in the billiards room at the Senior Center; and

WHEREAS, the Senior Center Director and Community Activity  Center  Coordinator  recommend
accepting the donation of $2,550.00 for this work to be completed;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it

RESOLVED,  that the Town Board does hereby accept the $2,550.00 donation from the Senior Activity
Council of Orchard Park for the billiards table repairs in the Senior Center billiards room.
