Main Parking Lot Expansion Project for the Community Activity Center. The Senior Center is requesting to make every effort for this work to be done prior to August 8t", 2026, to allow for enough parking for a planned event. Funding has been allocated through Capital Account AB005 “Brush Mountain Community Activity Center Site” which has a balance of $148,620.00. |, therefore, recommend that you authorize the Engineering Department to continue with the informal bid process for the Community Activity Center 41 Space Millings Parking Expansion and Brush Mountain Test Pits.
