Re: Webster Road 3 Sublot Subdivision; Rear Yard Drainage PIP #2026-02 WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has received, from Andrew Romanowski, Maple Grove Holdings, LLC, 4747 Camp Road, Hamburg, New York 14075, an application for a Public Improvement Permit to construct rear yard drainage for the Webster Road 3 Sublot Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the project consists of the installation of 392 L.F. of public rear yard drainage to serve 3 residential sublots' location; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Depatment has reviewed the plans for the proposed project and have found them to be in compliance with current Town Specifications and Standards. We are in receipt of all necessary fees, bond, and insurances. _ NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve of the amended Public Improvement Permit #2026-02 for the rear yard drainage for the Webster Road 3 Sublot Subdivision as recommended by the Town Engineer.
