Police Officer Luke Bullard appointment

WHEREAS,  a vacancy exists within the Town of Orchard Park Police Department for the position of
Police Officer; and

WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has conducted a review of the candidate's qualifications and
background and has recommended the appointment of Luke Bullard to the position of Police Officer.

NOW, THEREFORE,  be it

RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve the appointment of Luke Bullard to the position
of Police Officer, (Permanent—Transfer) effective September  18th, 2026, at step 2 of the Orchard Park
Police Benevolent Association, Inc. current collective bargaining agreement,  contingent  upon  Erie
County Civil Service approval, as recommended by the Chief of Police.
