Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release $15,000.00 held in escrow under Smokes Creek Subdivision PIP #2021-01 for Seeding and Grading of Right-of-way and Town Property in the Smokes Creek Farms Subdivision to Thomas Johnson Land Development LLC. Town Board to change job classification for part-time IT employee Olivia Jurek. 3. Town Board to appoint Temporary Seasonal Court Clerk Erika Rettig. 4. Town Board to appoint Police Officer Luke Bullard. 5. Town Board to appoint Public Safety Dispatcher Savanna Baughman. 6. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing for a proposed Local Law regarding the Over-Ride Tax Levy limit established in General Municipal Law Sec 3-c. 7. Town Board to approve Budget Amendment for Connecting Kids to Parks Grant.
