RESOLVED, that the Orchard Park Town Board does hereby schedule a Public Hearing regarding the
adoption of a proposed Local Law “Override the Tax Levy Limit established in General Municipal Law
Sec 3-c” on September 16, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Orchard Park Municipal Center; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to publish due notice thereof.
