RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ORCHARD PARK TOWN ~COURT TO APPLY FOR THE JUSTICE COURT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT WHEREAS, the Orchard Park Town Court is in need of audio/visual and physical upgrades, including replacement flooring and replacement paneling in the courtroom area; and WHEREAS, the Justice Court Assistance Program provides grant funding to assist local courts with necessary improvements and upgrades; and WHEREAS, the Town of Orchard Park recognizes the importance of supporting the Orchard Park Town Court in obtaining funding for these improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Orchard Park hereby authorizes the Orchard Park Town Court to apply for the Justice Court Assistance Program grant for the 2026-2027 grant cycle up to the amount of $30,000.
