Appoint a Trustee to the Orchard Park Library Board. WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the Town of Orchard Park Library Board of Trustees due to the resignation of Trustee Ann Marie Newbury, and WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Orchard Park thanks Ann Marie Newbury for her years of diligent service to the patrons of the Orchard Park Library, and WHEREAS, the current Town of Orchard Park Library Board of Trustees has recommended Orchard Park resident, Michelle Faust, to fill said vacancy, and WHEREAS, Michelle Faust, is ready, willing and able to fill the open Trustee Seat vacated September 15, 2026, it is hereby RESOLVED, that the Town Board appoints Michelle Faust to the Library Board of Trustees to fill an unexpired term that ends on December 31, 2026.
