FOR DISCUSSION 1. Councilmember Breidenstein re Naming Rights Protocols and Policy Councilmember Breidenstein presented the attached draft Naming Rights Protocol for consideration by the Town Board. Supervisor Dickson noted requests to rename town facilities are received infrequently and asked if Councilmember Breidenstein was proposing a standing committee or whether one would be created at the time such a request was made.
