Director of Finance re 2025 Budget amendment - Police Department PTS grant Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Priore, to authorize the following 2025 budget amendment for the use of revenue from the Police PTS Grant awarded to the Police Department: WHEREAS, the Town of West Seneca Police received a Police PTS Grant from New York State in the amount of $13,102.57; and WHEREAS, the payments received from this grant on June 12, 2025, July 17, 2025 and November 10, 2025 have been recognized as revenue in the General Fund as State Aid - Police , account 01000100.43490: NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the 2025 budget amendment to increase Police State Aid Income by $13,102.57 for the receipt of the Police PTS grant. Police – Overtime, account #01312000.50199 will also be increased by $13,102.57 for the associated expenses on this grant. Director of Finance re 2026 Budget Amendment - Justice Court Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Sherman, to authorize the following 2026 budget amendment for the use of revenue from the JCAP Grant awarded to the Justice Department: WHEREAS, the Town of West Seneca Courts received a JCAP Grant from New York State in the amount of $10,000.00; and WHEREAS, the payments received from this grant in May 2026 have been recognized as revenue in the General Fund as State Aid - JCAP, account 01000100.43042: NOW, THEREFORE, be it 10
