Deputy Supervisor Greenan re Creation of Principal Clerk Typist position Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Priore, to create the position of "Principal Clerk Typist", recognizing it as a Group 5 employee in accordance with the attached Memorandum of Agreement with the CSEA White Collar Union. Highway Superintendent Adams re Leave of absence for Neil McCormick Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to authorize Neil McCormick to take up to a one-year leave of absence from his position as a full-time Sanitation Department Laborer, per the Blue Collar Union Contract effective July 6, 2026. Ayes: 5 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried 3. Highway Superintendent Adams re Appointment of Michael Zatlukal as a part-time Sanitation Department Laborer Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to appoint Michael Zatlukal as a part-time Laborer in the Sanitation Department effective June 30, 2026, at a rate of $17.00 per hour contingent upon completion of paperwork, and will be paid from the Sanitation part-time account line 001-8160-0149-0000-0000.
