SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Appointment of Carly Pappas as
  Secretary to the Highway Superintendent

Requested Action:  Please appoint Carly Pappas as full time Secretary to the Highway
  Superintendent Group 3, Step 1 of the White Collar contract as of
  January 10, 2025 at an annual salary of $44,902.90.

  Please advise the Finance Department that this position will be paid
  from the account line 001-5010-0137-0000-0000.
