Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE PROPOSED CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH VERIZON NEW YORK INC." in the Town of West Seneca. Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to open the public hearing. Ayes: 5 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried No public comments were received. Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Kims, to close the public hearing.
