Supervisor Dickson re re Appointment of Teressa Stacey as Secretary to the Zoning Board of Appeals Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Piekarec, to appoint Teressa Stacey to the position of Secretary to the Zoning Board of Appeals, effective January 1, 2026, at an annual salary of $4,650 as budgeted for in account code 0180111.50138. Supervisor Dickson re Appointment of Matthew Fincel as Secretary to Committees Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, to appoint Matthew Fincel as Secretary to the following: • Ethics Board • Environmental Commission • Historical Preservation Commission • Recreation Commission This change will be effective January 1, 2026, and Mr. Fincel will be working in his current title of part-time Clerk Typist at his current rate of pay of $16.50 per hour. Hours that are spent on such secretarial positions will be tracked and transferred from the respective budget lines to the Senior Center's PT Clerical Line.
