TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Jason Foote, Town Engineer DATE: January 12, 2026 SUBJECT: Town Engineer re St. David's Drive Drainage Project Change Order Requested Action: Please approve the attached Addition Change Order Number 2 for the St. David's Drive Drainage Project in the amount of $11,220.00. The contractor, Legend Excavating, LLC, was directed to perform additional work as a result of unforeseen site conditions encountered during construction. A summary of the work performed is attached.
