TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Jason Foote, Town Engineer DATE: January 12, 2026 SUBJECT: Town Engineer re Award of professional land surveying services Requested Action: The Town Engineering Department solicited proposals for professional land surveying services to support upcoming Town projects and endeavors. The scope of services includes performing boundary surveys and property staking at 3699 Seneca Street, a vacant lot on Orchard Park Road, and 2589 Clinton Street. A total of three (3) proposals were received as follows: 1. True North Land Surveying - $7,300 2. Nussbaumer & Clark, Inc. - $10,300 3. Wm Schutt & Associates, Inc. - $13,275 A copy of the proposal summary and a copy of each proposal received is enclosed. After review of the proposals, it has been determined that True North Land Surveying has provided the lowest responsible proposal that meets the Town’s needs. Their pricing is substantially lower than the other submissions while still including full boundary survey, property staking and the preparation of a boundary map. Based on the above, it is recommended that the Town Board award the surveying services to True North Land Surveying in the total amount of $7,300. RESOLUTION: ATTACHMENTS: 1.
