Resolution: Adopt LL 12 of 2026 Chapter 200-1 Moratorium on Data Centers and Stand Alone Battery Storage Units. Resolution: To sign and submit and execute a contract with Erie County Community Development Block Grant program for the following projects upon approval from ECCDBG. 1) South Buffalo St sidewalk extension 2) Support for Rural Transit Resolution: For the Mayor to sign letter to, NYS Homes & Community Renewal for the extension of the project at 3 E Main St. The extension is from November 30, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Waverly St watermain project is moving along nicely. Ask that drivers please observe the detour signs until the project is completed. We closed on 128 Waverly St. last week and are in the process of planning to remove the structure on that property.
