Re: Village of Springville NYMS 20220386

  Dear Ms. Peters:

Our NYMS Grant contract received an extension until November 30, 2026 to complete the project for the
Springville Center for the Arts at 3 East Main Street, the renovation of a vacant building.

All of our original NYMS funded projects have been completed & reimbursed.

We appreciate your time to discuss the status of the project with Seth Wochensky of the Arts Center who
provided updates on the project and the achieving completion of the grant funded project.

The Village respectfully requests approval of an extension to December 31, 2026 for this last project.

The Village appreciates the NY Main Street grant funds and the great improvements we have seen completed.
Please contact me or our grant administrator, Alma Brown of Heritage Resources LLC if any questions.

  Sincerely,

  Russell Belscher
  Mayor
