The Village and Deputy Town of Concord Historian has been assisting the Clinton Brown Group as the Village proceeds with the Grant that will inform residents of not only where the historical districts of Springville are located, but with the tax benefits that are available to the property owners of those districts. Brochures and informational postcards have been completed and the first mailing has been sent out. To support community awareness, Darlene connected with the residents at the Saturday Farmer's Market and also Music in the Park on Thursdays. A community information presentation will take place at the Village Board Room, October 13 at 6:30. Research for 2 different town hall showcases: The Doll Lady, watercolor by Judy Wright. Because August is Doll Month, this painting was included in the Doll Exhibit along with a collection of dolls from the Warner Museum.
