September 14, 2026 Page (2) The Board Members discussed the list of owners of parcels located in the Historic District. Many of the property owners have changed over the years and the list should be updated to reflect the changes. The Board also discussed the Public Meeting to be held October 13, 2026 @ 6:30 pm-7:30 pm at 65 Franklin Street, 2™4 floor with a regular meeting to follow. Don Orton informed the Board that he will be resigning. He is moving out of the Village of Springville and can no longer fulfil his obligations to the board. Don Orton made the motion to adjourn at 8:00 pm, seconded by Darlene Johnson. Allin favor, none opposed.
