Bond Resolution authorizing a Capital Improvements Project consisting of the acquisition and renovation of a building to be used by the Village at an estimated maximum cost of $500,000 and authorizing the issuance of serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $500,000. See attached. 2. Approve 2026-2027 Budget Modifications. See attached. Discussions: 1. The last day to pay Village taxes is November 2, 2026. Penalties accrue each month. 2. No Overnight Parking — there is a ban on village streets and in village parking lots except for areas that are marked allowing for overnight parking begins November 10, 2026 — April 15 from 2am - 7am. 3. Audit for FY2026 is underway. 4. There will be a curfew for children and young adults in our downtown Main Street area from 9 pm until midnight on Halloween, Saturday October 31st. A reminder that minors should not be unattended.
