TOWN OF SARDINIA PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES March 25, 2026 The Planning Board of the Town of Sardinia was brought to order on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 at 7:00 PM by Chairman Ryan Wilkins, with a quorum of the board assembled. Members Present: Absent: Ryan Wilkins- Chairman Dan Szustakowski Aaron Root Guests: Nina Ballou- Wendel Taylor Erhardt- David DiMatteo Roach & Kelly Law firm Attorney and Representative from National Energy Development Approximately 15 other guests Minutes: Chairman Ryan Wilkins asked the board if they had reviewed the meeting minutes of January 21st, 2026. There were no corrections or additions to the minutes. Dan Szustakowski made a motion to accept the minutes. Aaron Root seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 3 ayes to 0 noes.
