SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Appointment of David Castro as
  part-time seasonal Building and Grounds Laborer

Requested Action:  Please appoint David Castro as a part-time seasonal Laborer in the
  Building and Grounds Department effective July 14, 2026, at a rate of
  $16.00 per hour contingent upon completion of paperwork.

  Please advise the Finance Department that this position will be paid
  from the Building & Grounds part-time account line 001-7110-0149-
  0000-0000.
