WEST SENECA COURT ROOM DRAFT TOWN BOARD 1250 Union Road Minutes Meeting # 2026-12 West Seneca, NY 14224 June 29, 2026 Highway Superintendent Adams stated there have been many incidents of vandalism at the town parks and an employee was assaulted at the Harlem Road Park. The decision was made to lock the bathrooms at 3 P.M. for the safety of residents and employees. The bathrooms should have been open as of June 4th. There is a water fountain at the rear of the building at Harlem Road Park. Director of Recreation Cox stated there are three snack stands in town: the hockey rink, soccer park, and youth football field; two are privately run, and the football league runs their own. Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND CITIZENS FOR OR AGAINST THE ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 2026-4 MODIFICATION OF CHAPTER 46-6 AVOIDABLE ALARMS" in the Town of West Seneca. Supervisor Dickson stated the Town Board is awaiting input from the Fire Districts. 2. Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to approve Local Law 2026- 3 Modification of Chapter 12-20.8 Outdoor Entertainment in the Town of West Seneca per the current amendment.
