PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF MARILLA Date: May 21, 2026 Location: Marilla Community Center Time: 7:00 PM Present: Wendy Schoenwetter, Chairman Max Strasser Clarence Wigler Cari Jaroslawsky Deb Mamon Debbie Zimmerman Shawn Slammon Paula Shatzel, Clerk Also Present: William Abers I. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Wendy Schoenwetter. II. Approval of Minutes a) MOTION to approve April minutes Cari Jaroslawsky; SECOND Max Strasser. All in favor. b) Paula Shatzel stated that there were typographical errors in the January 15, 2026 meeting minutes. These are as follows: • the date of “2025” to be changed to “2026” • “it came to the Board’s discovered the organization was PATH (People Against Human Trafficking)” to be changed to “the Board discovered the organization was PATH (People Against Trafficking Humans) Deb Mamon made a MOTION to amend the January 15, 2026 minutes as indicated above; SECONDED Shawn Slammon. Wendy Schoenwetter – aye Max Strasser - aye Clarence Wigler - aye Cari Jaroslawsky - aye Deb Mamon - aye Debbie Zimmerman - aye Shawn Slammon – aye 7 ayes/0 Nays The motion carried and the previous minutes were unanimously approved as corrected. The Town Clerk was sent updated minutes. III. Public Expression None.
