Committee Reports

Councilman Dolegowski Thanked everyone that came to the Memorial Day Celebration.

Councilman Nolan stated the 250 th Celebration planning is going well. Had another meeting and
the Security and the Bands are all set.

Supervisor Gingerich Jr. asked Deputy Malican if he heard anything further from the Sheriff’s
Department.

Deputy Malican stated that he will defiantly be there. They will have an increased police
presence but still need to confirm that the Mounted Unit will be in the parade and need to
confirm if he can get the S.W.A.T. team or Bomb Truck or the Motorcycles to be there.

Supervisor Gingerich Jr. stated he might call the Sheriff directly. It would be nice as we will
have a premier event in the area. Another thing that was brought up was to maybe have some
Community Service under the Court System if the Judges are good with it.
