AUTHORIZE ADVERTISE TO BID UPON APPROVAL OF FUNDING AGENCY WHEREAS, the Village of Angola has identified the construction of a pocket park at 83 North Main Street as a project within the NY Forward initiative; and WHEREAS, funding for said project is subject to approval by the applicable NY Forward funding agency; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board of the Village of Angola hereby authorizes the Village Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction of the pocket park project located at 83 North Main Street upon receipt of approval from the NY Forward funding agency; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all bids shall be received and reviewed in accordance with applicable procurement policies and New York State General Municipal Law. Trustee Dybowski, Trustee Stonitsch, Trustee Dybdahl, Trustee Ludwig and Mayor Whelan said AYE. A motion to ADJOURN to regular board meeting on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 5:30, if workshop needed 5:00 was made by Trustee Stonitsch, seconded by Trustee Dybdahl, unanimously carried.
