#512026: MOTION was made by Supervisor Ventry to appoint Kyle Ecker as a full time Police Officer for the
Town of Eden at a rate of pay stated in the Police Club contract effective March 8, 2026, pending Civil Service
Requirements and mandated DCJS requirements; seconded by Councilmember Wilhelm; Ayes: All; Opposed:
None; Abstain: None; Motion carried.

Hearing of Visitors: None

  Work Session:

The Town Board reviewed information from the New York Towns Association of Towns Training School.

#522026: MOTION was made by Supervisor Ventry to adjourn the meeting and enter Executive Session for
Recreation Personal; seconded by Councilmember Walker; Ayes: All; Opposed: None; Abstain: None; Motion
carried.
