Discussion: 1–5 year plan for the Town of Eden:

The Town Board discussed which projects will be most important over the next one to five years and how they
plan to move forward with them. Many of these initiatives require advance planning in order to be eligible for
grant funding, which may involve upfront costs for the Town. Because of this, prioritizing and preparing now will
be critical to successfully completing these projects. Topics discussed included the possibility of a splash pad
(location to be determined) and the addition of bathrooms at Swartz Field. The Town Board also expressed
interest in surveying taxpayers to better understand community priorities.

#842026: MOTION was made by Supervisor Ventry to adjourn the Work Session and enter Executive for
contractual; seconded by Councilmember Wilhelm; Ayes: All; Opposed: None; Abstain: None; Motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:54 PM

  Respectfully submitted by,

  Emily Hawkins, Town Clerk
