MOTION by Trustee Park, seconded by Deputy Mayor Gaughan, to approve a request by the Shake on the Lake theater group to hold Shake on the Lake in Memorial Park on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Approval is subject to the submission of a Facility Use Application and Agreement and the appropriate insurance. AYES: Five NAYS: None CARRIED 6. MOTION by Trustee Park, seconded by Deputy Mayor Gaughan, to authorize Mayor Thomas P. Tallman to sign the Consulting Agreement by and between the Village of Hamburg and Patrick J. Healy, Computer System Consultant, for a term beginning June 1, 2026 and ending on May 31, 2027. AYES: Five NAYS: None CARRIED 7. MOTION by Deputy Mayor Gaughan, seconded by Trustee Park, to accept, with regret, the resignation of Susan Vantine from the Village’s Civic Beautification Committee.
