FURTHER PUBLIC EXPRESSION: Mary Odden, 102 Oak Hill Drive, wanted to talk about the lighting
from Glen Meadows Park that intrudes on the residents of Oak Hill Drive. She did have a discussion with
Marc Shuttleworth just prior to this portion of the meeting and he agreed to work with her on the issue.
Ms. Odden suggested that any added lighting in the future should be turned inward into the park and not
outward.

MAYOR’S REPORT: Mayor Tallman reported that summer is around the corner and there are lots of
good things coming up for the village.

The next Work Session of the Board with department heads and staff will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday,
June 1, 2026. Pending matters, including agenda items for the Regular Board Meeting, will be discussed.

The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2026. These
meetings are open to the press and public.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
