years of service to the Village of Hamburg. The Mayor and Trustees thanked Brandon and wished him well
in retirement.

PUBLIC EXPRESSION: Hamburg Music Festival’s Luke Mumbach previously submitted a request to
hold a “Bills Watch Party” in Memorial Park on Sunday, September 13, 2026 and wanted to follow up with
the Board to see if there were any questions. Mr. Mumbach said that the Music Festival organization will
be coordinating the event, putting up LED television screens that are more conducive for daytime viewing.
They would also bring in beer and food trucks. There would be no admission cost to attendees. Deputy
Mayor Gaughan asked about the time frame. Mr. Mumbach said he thought it was a 1:00 p.m. game so he
would start prior to that, but not hours ahead of game time. Trustee Davis asked when Oktoberfest was.
