JUNE 15, 2026 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the action appears to be an Unlisted action pursuant to SEQRA; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Board of Trustees for the Village of Hamburg is lead agency for such action under SEQRA; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Board, as lead agency, adopts the findings, conclusions and rationale relating to the probable environmental impacts of the action, contained within the Short EAF Form including parts 1, 2 and 3, and Negative Declaration/Notice of Determination of Non- Significance, and authorizes Jason T. Cozza, Village Administrator of the Village of Hamburg, to execute the EAF and to file the Negative Declaration/Notice of Determination of Non-Significance in accordance with the applicable provisions of law; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect immediately. MOTION by Trustee Davis, seconded by Trustee Hackathorn, to approve a request by The Active You to hold a 5K Run on Saturday, June 27, 2026 beginning at 10:30 a.m. Approval is subject to the submission of a facility use application and agreement, the approved race route, and the appropriate insurance. MOTION by Trustee Hackathorn, seconded by Trustee Davis, to accept, with regret, the resignation of Kara Stone from the Village of Hamburg Police Department, effective July 3, 2026.
