Town Engineer re Phase 8 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Change Order Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, to approve and authorize the Supervisor to sign the attached Change Order 4 for the Phase 8 Sanitary Sewer Improvements project extending the contract times to June 1, 2027 (substantial completion) and July 1, 2027 (final payment) noting the original contract is scheduled to be completed at the end of October 2026, and there is additional work that is being planned in the Spring of 2027.
