TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Amelia Greenan, Deputy Supervisor DATE: July 27, 2026 SUBJECT: Deputy Supervisor Greenan re Installation of electric vehicle charging stations Requested Please authorize the Supervisor to execute the attached contract with PPR Energy Action: Solutions for the installation of two ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations at the Town Soccer Complex. The total contract amount is $57,440.72. Funding has been awarded to fully cover the cost of the project through a combination of NYSEG Make Ready Program funds ($27,240.00) and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Grant funds ($31,475.70). Pursuant to the Town's Purchasing Policy, the use of New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contracts exempts the Town from the competitive bidding process. PPR Energy Solutions is an authorized reseller of ChargePoint Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and Networking under OGS Contract #PC70331.
