SUBJECT:  Town Attorney re Agreements with West Seneca Chamber of
  Commerce

Requested Action:  A motion is needed to authorize the Supervisor to execute the Lease
  and Professional Services Agreement with the West Seneca Chamber
  of Commerce. These agreements have been updated with respect to
  their format but are otherwise consistent with the prior agreements
  between the Town and the Chamber.
