and signed by Landlord and Tenant. Tenant agrees to make any modifications of the terms and provisions of this Lease required or requested by any lending institution providing financing for the Building, provided that no such modifications will materially adversely affect Tenant's rights and obligations under this Lease. 23.7 Entire Agreement. This Lease, the exhibits and addenda, if any, contain the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant. No promises or representations, except as contained in this Lease, have been made to Tenant respecting the condition or the manner of operating the Premises or the Building. 23.8 Authority. Tenant and the party executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent to Landlord that such party is authorized to do so by requisite action of the board of directors or partners, as the case may be, and agree upon request to deliver to Landlord a resolution or similar document to that effect. 14 Page 65 of 190
