SUBJECT:  Chief Cosgrove re Senior Public Safety Dispatcher Scott Windover

Requested Action:  I respectfully request a resolution be made to acknowledge the
  unfortunate passing of Senior Public Safety Dispatcher Scott
  Windover, a valued employee of the West Seneca Police Department
  who lost his battle with cancer on October 10, 2026, and to separate
  him from employment with the Town of West Seneca for the purpose
  of the acquisition of the appropriate benefits which would be due his
  family. On behalf of the West Seneca Police Department and the Town
  of West Seneca, our thoughts are with the Windover family at this
  difficult time.
