RESOLUTION November 2, 2026 DECLARE SURPLUS PROPERTY Trustee , offered the following resolution and moved for its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED, the Department of Public Works has a 2004 Sterling 8500 Dump Truck Vin- 2FZAAWDC54AN02802 for surplus property and is due to be auctioned within the next 90 days. The foregoing resolution was seconded by Trustee and unanimously approved.
