BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, a copy of the Hamburg Woodlawn Gateway BOA Plan can be found
on the Town Planning Department page on the Town website:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that upon completion of the coordination process and environmental
review, the Town Board shall consider the adoption of the Hamburg Woodlawn Gateway BOA Plan
and any related findings and determinations.
