WHEREAS, Dr. Clemency’s longstanding commitment to excellence, innovation, and the advancement of emergency medical services exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism and public service and has made a lasting impact on the medical community and the lives of those served. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED, that the Town of Hamburg hereby recognizes and honors Dr. Clemency for more than 25 years of dedicated service, outstanding leadership, and significant contributions to emergency medical services, medical education, and research; and BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED, that the Town of Hamburg congratulates Dr. Clemency on being the recipient of this distinguished national recognition and for his continued commitment to advancing emergency medical services and protecting the health and well-being of our community.
