BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board encourages other municipalities and local government organizations throughout New York State to join in advocating for public safety reforms that address repeat juvenile offending and its impact on local communities; and BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to transmit copies of this Resolution to the State of New York, the Majority and Minority Leaders of the New York State Senate and Assembly, the New York State legislature delegation representing Erie County, The Erie County Legislature, neighboring municipalities, and such other officials as may be appropriate. 47
