4.10. POLICE / Dog Control Officer – Budget Adjustment/Transfer

WHEREAS, the Police Department/DCO has requested a budget adjustment as outlined on the Town of
Hamburg Budget Adjustment Form to fund necessary expenditures; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg hereby
authorizes the budget adjustment as detailed on the attached Budget Adjustment Form for Fiscal Year
2026; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the final adopted resolution, together with the completed Budget
Adjustment Form, shall be forwarded to the Town Finance Department for processing.
