Prior to commencement of the work, Contractor shall provide to the Town evidence, including without limitation certificates of insurance, of all insurance coverages outlined on the attached “Exhibit A – Insurance Requirements,”. 7. HOLD HARMLESS/INDEMNITY: The Contractor shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and at its expense, defend, indemnify, and hold the Town of Hamburg, its officers, employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, expense, damage, or claims for injury or damages of any kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the work performed by the Contractor. 8.
