4.20. POLICE – Agreement with Auctions International

WHEREAS, the Asset Disposition Policy states all assets shall be disposed of in accordance with the
Town Sale of Surplus Property Policy, and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board authorize the Town of Hamburg Police
Department to enter into a contract with Auctions International for the disposal of excess equipment and
supplies.
