Town Board of the Town of Hamburg November 2, 2026 Meeting 4.21. Cutting and removal of dead trees WHEREAS, on October 19, 2026 the Town of Hamburg Board approved the removal of dead trees located on a vacant parcel SBL 160.14-1-27 per the Town of Hamburg Code Chapter 90 Dead Trees, and, WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Department obtained two quotes for the removal of the trees as follows: Branch Managers, INC. $4,250.00 Davey $6,500.00 , and, NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes Branch Managers, INC. to remove the dead trees from parcel SBL 160.14-1-27.
