Town Board of the Town of Hamburg November 2, 2026 Meeting 4.23. Award Demolition Contractors for 6310 Southwestern Blvd. WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Code Chapter 80 references the procedure for unsafe buildings in the Town of Hamburg, and, WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Board deemed the structures located at 6310 Southwestern Blvd. unsafe and ordered the demolition of the structures on the property, and, WHEREAS, Bids for a demolition contractor were publicly opened and quotes for an air monitoring company were received as follows: Demolition Contractors Geiter Done of WNY INC. $32,000.00 Regional Environmental Demolition INC $59,253.00 EBD Construction Services $73,900.00 Air monitoring companies Advanced Contracting Services $3,000.00 56 Services $4882.00 , and, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves Geiter Done of WNY INC as the demolition contractor and Advanced Contracting Services as the air monitoring company for the demolition of structured at 6310 Southwestern Blvd., and, BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor sign any contracts required for the demolition, and, 83
